Quotes and pricing

Published prices are starting prices for vehicles in typical condition. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and actual condition and is confirmed before work begins. We will never add a charge you haven't agreed to.

Scheduling and cancellation

Please give us as much notice as you can if plans change. Severe weather may require rescheduling; we'll contact you and find the next workable slot.

Access, water, and power

We come to your location, but we are not self-contained. You must provide a working water spigot, a standard outdoor electric outlet, permission to work at the location, and a safe, legal parking space.

Vehicle condition

Detailing improves what can be improved. Deep scratches past the clear coat, existing paint failure, cracked trim, torn upholstery, and permanent dye stains may not be fully correctable. We tell you what is realistic before we start.

The Restored Guarantee

We do a walk-around with you before leaving. Anything not right gets fixed on the spot. If you notice something within 48 hours, call us and we'll return to correct it at no charge.

Personal items

Please remove valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for cash, electronics, or personal property left in the vehicle.
